Talking specifically about the player firing their weapons here, in this case, the Uzis.
Originally the bullets seemed to have a more "proper" origin from the weapon, now it still looks like the bullets are fired higher than they should be. The Uzis seem to be the only case remaining, the Shotgun and Railgun look fine now.

I found some visual issues with the bullet holes here but when firing the Uzi it's all perfectly centered around the crosshair. The shotgun is hard to test due to the recoil, but it looks fine as well, but hardly serves as a good base for comparisons.
