What order are control sectors for 3D floors put in when using the "relocate control sectors" option?

What order are control sectors for 3D floors put in when using the "relocate control sectors" option?
And is it possible to update the software to make it order them by sector tag number? I had them all ordered how I wanted and then relocated them using the built-in function and they seem to be in a random order. I cannot move them manually because they are sloped, and moving them would mess up all the slopes in my map.
