HOTFIX! I accidentally deleted a line in the code that made the game console crash, thank you ProdoyhaRupert for reporting this bug!

Re: Flashlight++ (UPDATE V6!) (Flashlight+ with presets)
I always appreciate flashlight mods that work nowadays, and Flashlight Plus has always been a favorite, so I already loved this mod. But the way you handled showing the player how to move the position of the light in v6 is one of the ONLY times I've seen it done in a way its very easy and not confusing at all, so gotta give you extra credit for that!

Re: Flashlight++ (UPDATE V6!) (Flashlight+ with presets)
v7.0
-I added a new position, Handheld from DarkDoomZ, it has the sway from DDZ, but don't worry since this doesn't apply to the other presets.
-Added a Russian translation
-New sounds were added (Prey '06, OP4, Selaco)
-Nash's tooltips were added, but not used yet.
there's probably more i don't remember, but oh well

v8.0
-Fixed the light spin bug in DarkDoomZ mode
-Added a new flashlight sound from LiTDOOM, it sounds like a springy click

Re: Flashlight++ (UPDATE V8!) (Flashlight+ with extra featur
v8.5
-Fixed a read from address zero crash if the player actor was deleted
-Fixed a divide by zero crash if the outer angle is set to 0
-Fixed a warning about an invalid keyconf bind
-Fixed an error where the mod would automatically bind the f key to Bullet Time X's bullet time command, now it properly binds it to the toggle button
-Sound code remade from scratch by A_D_M_E_R_A_L
I've removed the ModDB links for now because they were turned into some sketchy redirects, please use the download button to download it directly from the ZDoom Forums.
It's back to normal now, the link will be added back in.

Re: Flashlight++ (UPDATE V8.5) (Flashlight+ with extra features)
How do you actually install this mod? How do you use it? Can't seem to find a readme anywhere.
I am using GZDoom and I tried to load it with -file on the .pk3 file but nothing seems to happen.

That should be all you need to do; if it loads correctly, you will see a new "Flashlight Options" menu appear at the bottom of the Options menu.
