So here's the thing. I now have a Thrustmaster wheel connected to my PC and it turns out whenever I boot up GZDoom, the camera starts doing wild circles while the wheel is available. The only way I can stop this from happening that I know of is disabling the wheel device in device manager.
Is there any option, toggle or cvar that will prevent the game from picking up the wheel or any USB controller for that matter, because I only play using mouse and keyboard anyway?
Thanks in advance!

If you want help you're going to have to provide lots of info. Like what is your hardware, what is your operating system, what version of GZDoom/LZDoom/whatever you're using, what mods you're loading, how you're loading it, what you've already tried for fixing the problem, and anything else that is even remotely relevant to the problem.
We can't magically figure out what it is if you're going to be vague, and if we feel like you're just wasting our time with guessing games we will act like that's what you're really doing and won't help you.

Re: Wheel controller taking over mouselook
This is in the options under controller options:

Have you tried that (switching it to off I mean)?

I had somehow managed not to enter that menu and see the option.
Thanks a lot, Enjay, that fixed it!
