WAD manager, well that depends on what you mean by that.

If editor:
all formats all formats except UDMF support If lump manager:
  • Slade3
  • Deepsea
Map browser (in a limited fashion)
  • Deepsea
The biggest thing is the continued development of GZDoom features.
