EDIT: Also the map I'm gonna be using to display these vehicles is gonna also be the same map with the shielding system and the air strikes on it.

EDIT4: After fighting tooth and nail with the mathematics in ACS, and with the big help from Richard213, the camera is finally finished

EDIT5: Okay, after getting the camera in, I decided to put in a little demo for this concept, the camera works fully and the car is just there just to signify the more work ahead, it's a little stuttery at the moment, but i hope to get that to lessen by the end of this project!

EDIT6: Smoothed over the camera, working on implementing the acceleration, decceleration, and reverse mechanisms now.... Also did a decorate update and a few other things.. the demo wad is updated if you want to see...
EDIT7: Postponing this project untill I can get the RPG engine figured out and planned.
EDIT8: Finally figured out how to get this little experimentation project done, so I'm taking a break from the RPG engine and finishing this.
EDIT9: Updated the demo a bit. It's not much, but it's definently a step in the right direction. Accelleration methods are not in, all you can do is steer it with your turning keys, or your mouse if you use mouselook.
