Mods to customize monster attacks?

I'm looking for mods that allow me to customize attacks of existing monsters, without modifying the actors themselves. Mikk's Champions changes monsters this way, but it doesn't allow me to customize them as it is meant to be a randomizer mod. So, any mods for said monster customization?
