Took long enough, but here it is: v0.4, named "Heavy Balance Changes", for very obvious reasons, as it fixes a LOT of glaring balancing issues on the Weapons, Bosses, and... Whatever else, really. It makes Hard mode less cumbersome and WAY less ludicrous.
