First of all, major thanks to Gaming Room for nominating Inferno Suture, Protocol Disposable, Final Raider, and Disaster Jester among 2022's Gaming Doom Awards.


Second, added a compatibility patch for Happy Time Circus 2.

Third, i've got an actual update in the works, with things like new casings, new bullet trails, an overhaul to the Squirtgun's afterburn damage, a handful of bug fixes, and Hexen/Heretic compatibility, but i'm waiting on the new title screens, so have this, instead.

And lastly, happy new year, everyone, and thanks for sticking around.

Amazing mod! This is another one that just escaped me for a while and I just found it. I love the weapon choices! This is why I keep scouring the forums here because I know I'm always going to find things that I missed in the past. My favorite weapon out of everything is the mallet. It's just so huge!

I've been enjoying this on Funnelcake Apparitions over the past few days. A frequency slider for Harley's taunts would be cool. Perhaps also a damage slider, or some option to raise damage while playing with Hexen. Hexen enemies are pretty tanky compared to Doom's, so weapons balanced for Doom monsters are pretty plinky. I found doubling damage to be enough when I played with High Noon Drifter.

I made a patch to make this a bit more compatible with Brutal Doom monsters.

Load order is BDMO > DJ > BrutalJester

Notes
-Don't melee hell nobles with anything other than the mallet without taunting them; Harley's range is low and you'll get slaughtered. You might think this goes without saying but BD Barons have high melee damage just being near them.
-DO shoot them with the boxing glove. It's funny. It also pisses them off. I would have added it to Thumper's gas grenades, but they become immune to pain after and it's counter productive with those.
-Speaking of Thumper grenades, both colors do different things to enemies when they die to the gas. You'll see.
-Due to a flag I had to add to cupcake grenades, they no longer bounce off of barrels.

Sorry for the bump, but this is important.


Updated, with 39 more voicelines, FINALLY wrapping up the main pack at 100 voicelines!

Also, UnforgivenCaleb dropped a new video on our mod (which pointed out some stuff i need to fix :oops:)! Check it out!

Alright, here's a quick and dirty update.

-(Hopefully) Fixed the Chainsaw/Berserk being given through cheats.
- Fixed the All Monsters Killed sound playing in Map 30.
- Fixed the naming issue with Hell From Earth.
-Also, now that the lid is blown, the .44 Superfreak will now randomly spawn along with a Backpack!
Primary fires a precise shot, secondary fires a wild quickdraw spread!

Quick test for an idea i've been playing around with for other mods.
Adding a a button that lets you kick independently of your weapon, so you can slide and divekick while shooting.

Also, buffed bullet-based weapons a bit. Both the shotgun, revolver and machinegun deal more damage now.

Let me know if you like this better than the previous version.

It's not supposed to do that, but due to weird BD shenanigans it does.

Guys, guys, i updated it again!

-Free-kicking officially implemented.
-Buffed all bullet-based weapons, plus the Popgun.
-Fixed an issue with ACS.
-Fixed an issue with the kicking sounds and weapon sounds cutting eachother off.
-Removed the kick from the fist combo.
