Space Hulk: Deathwing TC

Hello, this is a small Space Hulk total conversion I started working on about a year ago and finally fixed most bugs to make it somewhat representable. I was dissatisfied with the visual quality of existing Space Hulk mods, so I decided I'd make my own. Sprites are mostly from Space Hulk: Deathwing model renders, while music, fonts and some menu stuff are from the 1993 Space Hulk game by Electronic Arts.

Features the usual array of weapon combinations, fellow Terminators who follow you around and fight, and Genestealers. Also pathfinding, so enemies can and will find you everywhere (they spawn endlessly in the test map included).

At this point, I'll just post a sample gameplay video and the proof-of-concept pk3. It only has one test map (MAP03) and has to be run with doom2.wad. The reason is open this thread is not for the release as a fully playable mod, but rather as a means to find someone who is willing to continue development, as I have too many projects on my plate already and would really like to limit myself to some coding help and sprite rendering. If someone is interested, feel free to send a PM or ping me on the ZDoom discord.

To make this clear: This is just a basic framework, the "bones" so to speak, but none of the "meat" required for a proper TC.

Praise the Emperor! Purge all Xenos!

Alright, this is by far the most playable and interesting Space Hulk TC i have ever played. Despite it kinda having weird issues(Like Genestealers' melee slash doesn't effect on me and the melee weapons being too slow), this is great! Maybe with some improvements and tweaks, this would be so much fun to play. God Emperor bless you!

The Genestealer actually do no damage at the moment. It's for testing purposes. The melee weapons are a bit slow, yes. Then again, these are clumsy Terminator armors and I kinda based the powerglove attack on the slow punch seen in the 1993 game. It should probably be made quicker for more fun gameplay.

This project has convinced me to take the plunge and learn the necessary skills to make WADs and TCs.
I'll be downloading the items listed in the OP, and start adding on top of those. Thanks Cherno :thumb:

Ha! Now, I know where Blizzard took their inspiration for the "Battle on the Amerigo" cutscene. :P
