Software available on archive.org https://archive.org/details/punchultimatedecklandscape , win32api compliant, almost works in win10, some slowdowns due to gdi call overdraws - those are fixed using compatibility. What doesn't work is assigning surface textures in 3d view. It does work in win98 vm. would probably work on 32bit windows xp as well.
