Apparently you can get stone Ophanim if you freeze them first, which I giggled at by the way. Otherwise they and a couple of others are immune to void damage, which is now the achilles heel of LTG's purplekini since EVERY weapon becomes that type, ordinarily it's a solid choice, and still is if you want to make angel figurines.

That probably explains a couple of weird (and amusing) behaviours I spotted, particularly with Corruption Cards, I'll see if those persist.

Yeah, I might remove the immunity to "void" on some of the angels just so it can be functional. At the moment, all my time is going into my next project so it will be awhile before the next update.

Great mod, put this on with la tailor girl and had a blast, though I seem to be having an issue where some of the enemy replacements dont appear, instead opting for the doom monster defaults.

Is this a bug or something to do with my load order, since I have the mapset loaded followed by Angelic Aviary and then La Tailor Girl

Anyway, does anyone know good mapsets in a "heaven" setting? I mean like not one or two maps from all of the levels, but the whole heaven-themed WAD\megaWAD.

I'd like to know that myself. Eviternity has a episode in heaven but I wish someone would do the same just do a whole ass 30 levels or such set in heaven.

It usually has to do with load order or if another mod has custom enemies. Play around with the load order and it should eventually work. They are a few mapsets where the custom enemies don't correspond with the angel replacements (Like Ozonia) and there's nothing that can be done about it (Sad).

Thanks for playing. I watched your videos on youtube and twitch. While there isn't a true heaven megawad, there are some good thematic mappacks such as Lover's quarrel, Lilywhite Lilith, Ozonia, and lost civilization that have heaven like sections in them.
I've thought about doing a texture overhall to turn all hell textures into heaven texture so that every mappack can be heaven themed. It's on my big list of "To do"

Most of them are from other games. I got alot from the sounds resource https://www.sounds-resource.com/ and from Japanese waifu gotcha games.

What mainly matters in load order is Map -> Weapons/Monsters -> Miscenalous stuff like music, HUD and such. A monster mod that strictly change only monsters should never conflict with a weapon mod that strictly touches only the weapons (and the player class), regardless of which one of those two you put first in your load order.
There are weapon mods that also change enemies and maps that have their own custom stuff (be it weapon and/or monsters). Perhaps that's the issue in your case? I've got no idea which other mods are you loading, though.

OP just mentioned Lover's quarrel, Lilywhite Lilith, Ozonia and Lost Civilization, bro. At the very first post of this thread Eviternity is at the top of the recommended maps list, too. The last episode of that one has the theme you're looking for, iirc.

I think I found the issue's problem. It was because I was running two conflicting blood mods. One for vanilla and the other nashgore. Which sucks because it was working before recently without problems so idk what went wrong. I'll try again without cblood and see if that fixes shit. If not IDK whats going wrong.

Also as an update, is it just me or do the angels seem somewhat tanky and bulletspongy

Haven't touched the angel's HP in the last update. Most angels tend to have the same or less HP than their demon counterparts. The exception being cherubs with 70Hp (10 more than imps) and Ophanim being 700Hp (100 more than the arachnotron).

having played a certain "towelket" game i gotta ask - did this monster pack took inspiration from that game or something similar, or is it just your idea in general?
