That's the actual code behind it all. The thing that allows it to work the way it's supposed to.

The assets file contains all the graphics and sounds to make it look and sound the way it's supposed to. ;)

I separated it into two files because code updates are a lot more common than resource updates. I'm able to upload the newly patched file directly to my Discord, allowing for an easy download where people don't have to redownload an assets file they need not download (if no assets were modified). I also add the latest code patches to the main download. I'm not entirely sure how I'd handle it here, to make a separate download for just the file.

I load in order:
EOA Assets
EOA Code
STR_EOA_D4_Monsters
and map wad for last like Evernity.wad
On first map in wad map in game do not work, but after finishing level it starts working on next maps :)
It is not big problem while playing map packs, but I find it bit bad while playing single big map wads like Foursite or Demonastery.

I have also another question - some map-packs got structure like episodes. For example Evernity after few maps strip me from guns I collected. I wonder will upgrades and weapon mods will stay with me or I will have to find them again.

What do you mean, "map in game do not work"?

As for episode structures, that's entirely up to how the episode is structured. If it's the type that'll boot you to an endgame screen after finishing, then you'd have to select a new episode and start from scratch. If it's one separated by "death exits", well... most of them are actually quite survivable, considering the fact that many explode a bunch of barrels to kill the player. If you purchase the Barrels O' Fun upgrade before then, you will remain unharmed. Also, I programmed the Player Pawn so that "Voodoo Dolls" cannot take damage to affect the player anymore... so if something is relying on damaging a "Voodoo Doll", it won't work.

This will not require a new version of EOA Assets. Grab the code file from the code-exclusive download link (located underneath the full download link) if you already have EOA Assets. ;)

Im sorry but i have a problem. While firing a HAR Micro Missile (w/ fully upgrade), it crashes the game

The best DOOM 2016 mod I have enjoyed the most, not to descredit D4T or D4D had blast with those. Quick question. Do you plan to update the EOA Eternal addon? I loved the mechanics of Doom Eternal, the sprites needs some polish but overall its great. Keep it up.

The EOA Eternal addon is not mine, but is created and maintained by a third party. I do not release incomplete projects to the public. However, I plan to make my very own mod that'll attempt to apply EOA's goals to DOOM Eternal, and will do so from scratch. ;)

Proper sprite resources do not yet exist (thus far, just the hasty resources compiled by the guy to get Eternal stuff rushed out ASAP), so I'm trying to gather as many artists as I can to help out with this project, since Franco Tieppo (the artist who overhauled the Neccronixis sprites to how they looked in D4T, which I used in EOA with some changes) is no longer working on anything DOOM-related. I found a direction we can go, but will continue to explore other options as they arise. :D

Theres also a funny bug (glitch? idk) about Rocket Launcher
While using a Lock-On Burst with full upgrade i can still use Multi-Targeting from the enemy while Mastery upgrade still locked/in progress, is this fine?


I have bad grammar tho so sorry about that
Edit: Switching other weapon will fix the Rocket Launcher's Lock-On Burst upgrade so nvm

I havent played as much of this mod as i really should, nor do i know anything developing most doom mods, but i would say its possible that this glitch could be due to the latest revision of GZDoom, maybe not, just an idea really.

I heard quite a few problems arose with this release of GZDoom 4.4. I will investigate sometime soon...
