Yeah alt fires for pistols is always a hit or miss, like in half life the glock would just fire faster.
The one I liked was from turok rage wars, where the pistol would display a laser and fire a deadly bullet, but you had to be precise because it would drain your bullets

Congratulations on the update! I love this mod so much it makes me wish there was a very easy way of porting this to Duke Nukem 3D itself.
