I'd personally recommend the mapsets better, such as Hexmas and Spooktober.

it seems Spooktober map pack suits such a gameplay mod. It's like a cherry on mechanical top.

So been playing through base Doom 2 with this mod...and I utterly love it, the weapons are really fun(the Biospark being my personal favourite weapon) and I ADORE allllll the lore packed into this! Can't wait to see what else might be added/changed upon release!

Been enjoying this mod since the very first release. Love all the lore in your library, always wanted to include a feature like that in a game of mine, as I'm a writer and it would allow me to fulfill a wild urge to just include everything lol

couple questions

1. Any plans to include custom levels? Enemies? I actually want to see more of the world you're building!
2. In Guncaster, there is a pair of feet when you look down. Any plans for something like this?
3. Would love in the library for important terms (the ones in orange) to be clickable and take you straight to their entry.

I should pay more attention to this thread.

I've been doing all sorts of cleanups and optimizations lately, including a full overhaul of splash damage (it is now entirely spherical and much more reliable and consistent than A_Explode). I still STILL need to do the Ynykron altfire, I keep forgetting about that, and it's all that's stopping the mod from entering beta stage.

Anyway, I see some questions and I'll answer them.

No maps, strictly gameplay. Enemies are a very long term plan, full-on replacements for all the supported IWAD rosters, would be modelled but still actually be the same vanilla monster, just with more polish and added "style" to their movements and attacks, so they fit in with the mod.

This cannot be done unless there is a way to have world models display only in first person (and not through mirrors).

Beta release approaches... as the final attack is developed.

Yeah, the Ynykron Artifact's altfire has been taking shape, at last. I want to make it bigger, flashier, cooler even than its original incarnation in SWWM Platinum was. It has to be worth all this waiting.
