Well, I see that you got some feedback over on Doomworld.
And I must concur, the levels to me feel like a throwback to 1995, they are very plain. They definitely give the impression of someone just starting out to map.
You obviously have made quite an effort to construct the maps, but the best advice I can give you right now is this:

- Concentrate on the quality of a map and not on how many maps you can stuff into a megawad.

Hello! I didn't realise you were banned from DWForums so I had to make an account here to see the rest of this wad.
I'm loving the snowy/icy textures you used for MAP23. It kinda feels chilly. :3
I do have to ask though, what do you do after defeating the cyberdemon and spider mastermind? I can't open the red door. Also, was I meant to fall through the gated window?

An arrow raises when you get close to the switch behind the cyberdemon. In hindsight, i should have just put an arrow in front of the switch. also i forgot to set the grate to "impassable". Also, what red door? The door at the start? It's a secret containing nazis That unlocks after you press the button. Wait. I think i know what you mean. I forgot to make a door open. Whoops. Just noclip through the end door. I will fix it in the next update.

quick update on development! as is usual for me, development on beta 2.4 will be slow. but rest assured, i am still working on it. i'm just not working on it as much. why? welcome to real life. school, and, uhh... actually, i should be working more often on this.

after quite some time has passed, Beta 2.4 is finally finished! why is this beta? because the MegaWad is not complete yet. only 8 more levels to go.
