i'm trying to implemnt a simple way to make gibable corpses using ZScript, the problem is that the corpses or any actor that, only having the SHOOTABLE flag, can still block other actors that doesn't have the TELESTOMP flag from teleporting

this flag should prevent these irrelevant actors from blocking teleporters

This would be very handy.

Another use case is a tiny but shootable actor that in all likelihood wouldn't be intersecting with the incoming actor in "real life" (it'd be between their feet or something).
