(PAID OFFER) Looking for coder to code a voice addon.

I am looking for a coder to create a voice addon that will work with any mod. (sound files will be linked below)

I am willing to pay 25$ upfront (price based on previous commissions and is open to negotiations).

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be proficient in scripting, and you must show examples of your work.

Must give a reasonable timeframe of completion and give progress reports.

Addon must be additive and not absolute, meaning it must be able to be played with any mod.

The following options should be available:

-Voice Volume

-Speaking Frequency (how often player speaks)

-Specific Mod Detection (Example: If voice addon detects something like H-doom, the character will comment about it.) Don't exactly know if this one is even possible, but if it isn't, it's not the most important feature.

-Key Binding for one liners. (Different from kill insults)

-Speech Randomizer (0 for set order, 100 for fully randomized.)

Dialogue Types:

-Spawn (When player enters map)

-Kill Insult (comment after killing something.)

-Pickups

-Hurt

-Death

-KeyCard (Comment when player tries to open a locked door)

All sounds are rendered in OGG Vorbis for the best quality and small file size. Sound source is Quake 3 Arena unused Doom voice (slightly altered by me with reverb removal and pitch shift to match doom slayer's confirmed voice from stadia demo.)
