If a monster has the STANDSTILL flag, he will be unable to move after he loses his targets. In this example, use "summonfriend Testman" (any location with enemies), and see him start running in place once his targets are all dead.

What's the bug here? It works as intended as far as I can see.

My mistake. I misunderstood what I read from the wiki, and I confused my error with a separate change I had made. I apologize.
