1. Added a menu entry for am_showkeys_always CVar.

2. Automap options are separated into the following groups divided by space:
2.1. Color (3 entries)
2.2. Controls (single entry - controls submenu)
2.3. Basic visual options (4 entries)
2.4. Map information toggles (6 entries)
2.5. Show keys options (2 entries)
2.6. Advanced visual options (6 entries)
2.7. Mark options (2 entries)

3. Removed redundant subtitle in the Customize Map Controls menu.

4. Map Controls are separated into the following groups divided by space:
4.1. Pan controls (4 entries)
4.2. Zoom In/Out (2 entries)
4.3. Toggles (4 entries)
4.4. Mark controls (2 entries)

Read my comment. I do not want to do too many stringtable changes before the localization work isn't done. This also had conflicts I couldn't resolve easily.
