Attack All But Actortype

Essentially it would be a way to allow a Monster actor class to attack all monsters, and allies that aren't the actor.

Such a system would be beneficial for those that seek to replicate the Machinegun turrets from Half-Life, and Doom 3; where it attacks "everything" rather than just allies or monsters.

In Layman's terms: Essentially it treats all Allies and Monsters as if it's infighting (though without Infighting engaged)
