Until the issue is resolved by the project's author(s), use GZDoom 3.5.1, instead.

Anyone got a patch or addon or can make addon for this
mod so it can play on the latest gzdoom?
I kinda want to some latest mods on it.

Yes the same results,
with or with out that patch the game doesn't work it get this error
and it softlocks the program trying the exist this error pops up again

I'm unable to open that link, so I'm not sure what issue you're facing. What I do know is DSC runs fine with that patch loaded, even on GZDoom 4.8+. My guess would be that it's one of the mods you're loading.

Nope I did a clean one with no mods
and i still get the issues

Weird, the patch is supposed to fix that error. Only other thing I can think of is updating your graphics drivers.

Why would it be a graphics driver error? The error is clearly stated; either the patch isn't being loaded, or the patch does not fix this problem.

Idk, was just spitballing...the user said they loaded it, so I'm not sure what else it could be.

graphics card is up to date.
no clue why i even try different video settings
no changes.

Hey . I do get those error explanation marks all over the map when loading it with gz 4.8.any idea why ?
