If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.

Transparent parts of decals look blackened in darker sectors

Noticed when playing with software renderer that the transparent pixels in decals are very apparently black when viewed from a distance while simultaneously being in a dimly-lit sector. They look just fine up close, though.
