Animated Hudmessage help for TITLEMAP?

Hi, technically this is my first time testing/experiencing the ACS Language to build a TITLEMAP and I wanted to have a part of that code to display a quick 20-30 second animation using the various frames to Test with. I used a part of the PSX TC's TITLEMAP script as a reference point and tried to replicated with my own set of frames, but when I tested it out on the GZDoom port- it only displayed the last frame of the said animation. Am I doing something wrong here? Or is there a different way to code in for a frame-by-frame animation?
