Combo Counter

Hi, look, I'd like to do something a little complicated. I would like to have a combo counter and that every certain number of combos this recharges an object like a medikit or a special power of the player. if someone know how to do it please dont doubt in telling me how to do it, or at least if you know a wad where i can find a combo counter I would appreciate it
