Doesn't start for me, not sure what I'm doing wrong. I get error message

when i try to play an error pops up
"2 errors while parsing DECORATE scripts"

read the previous replies so thanks to the guy with the patch i can play it now
also what's the system requirements for this mod ?
the rain effects made the game choppy as hell
