My only complaint so far is the positioning of the keys on the HUD. Little distracting.

Just wanted to say that the single SMG causes the screen to pitch upwards, while the akimbos don't. Also, you should swap the pistol's and SMG's damage. IMO the SMG should be weaker, to balance out the higher fire rate and therefore DPS.

I don't see this mod mentioned very often in the "best gameplay/weapon mods" threads, but it's actually one of my favourites. The guns feel great to use! Granted it's a little mix and match, but the effect is cool. HtH could definitely use a little more publicity.

Oh, and maybe a better HUD. Compatibility with HXRTC HUD or NC HUD would be awesome.
