i did find a small quick fix just use the next map command in 4.6.1

How do I get past the opening text? I've tried every button and can't get past it.

This has been reported and We're still trying to pinpoint the issue.
for now use an older version of GZDoom. V.4.2 or use 'nextmap' console command
