More interested in new stuff...

What would be necessary to change for the static rifle?

(Also, I'm trying to understand the code for the BFG's super awesome tracers... can anyone help me decipher how they work?)

Unfortunately the laser code is ridiculously complex. I intend on overhauling it someday and making a releasable version for it in due time, stand-alone. But that's a while off I'm afraid.

If possible, but somehow I doubt I'll be able to squeeze much out of that.

At the very least I can make some easy to use pre-builts that you can inherit from with detailed examples to help make it easier.

You'll have to for certain until 2.4 is out -- but even then, I won't begin working on it immediately. This semester in college is rough.

So I just had a fun idea come to me... A game mode where, every map, you start off as a random demon that has no duration timer.
  • Cannot unmorph
  • On death, you die and must restart the map
  • Cannot heal except by killing other monsters
But to offset these issues, the following bonuses will apply:
  • Permanent quad damage
  • Always move as fast as the archvile
  • Always jump as high as the cacodemon (who does jump the highest)
  • Quadruple health
  • Same size as the doom marine -- can fit in small places easily regardless of being a spidey butt or cyber moose
What's that? A marathon running fatso? Must've heard the bakery sale going on and wanted his spot as first REAL bad! :mrgreen:

my friend tested d4d and found something strange(gzdoom dev build) he could change cost of upgrade and buy by new price
