I don't get why all of a sudden you and guest6777 are getting all worked up over this, acting as if I need to do your work. It really comes down to the creator's responsibilty to credit those who's works they have included in their project.
Also, I'm pretty sure this has the xbox "No Rest For The Living" episode included.

- Zalewa and TheAgaures need credit in the OP for the inclusion of SimpleMonsters.wad.
- There are a lot of ZDoom Monster Pack and Realm667 monsters in AdvancedMonsters.wad and Advanced2Monsters.wad that, while they have credits in the Decorate file, are buried too deep for most people to notice.
- Yes, d2ge.wad includes No Rest For The Living which is still sold and should not be distributed for free.
- As a matter of fact....are any of these maps and resources yours to distribute?

Technically speaking, you're still distrubuting both the master levels and no rest for the living, even if its not directly in the op, its stil 2 clicks away from getting to it. I'd recommend getting rid of those entirely, and not distribute them, as they are still being sold.
