Necrodoom by Xaser had Strife support.

There seems to be a lot of overlap in the gameplay mods in that most of them condense the "sister weapons" into the main ones in the form of a secondary fire.
Anyways, if anyone's still reading this, you can also find some mods for strife over at ModDB. Some are redundant links to mods listed above, but others are not.
[Edit]: Found two more. First there's Brutal Strife from Sergeant_Mark_IV. It's still in beta state, but considering he's banned I seriously doubt it'll ever be finished (and judging from his post history, I can't say I blame the admins for banning him either). After that we have Ransu's Remastered Game Music. Although most of his content is for Doom, if you scroll to the bottom you will find a Strife version.
