I think i see the reason why they can't spawn them right; when spawning position is blocked by something, they doesn't spawn and dies. And yes, i've tested it in the game.

im test again the mod in another mapset and do the same thing again

It's spawning them normally for me, unless she's right next to a wall, like you said (same goes for the slimes, which is actually a tactical advantage to keep in mind), and that's pretty normal from what I've seen: try standing directly in front of a pain elemental when it attacks, or killing a PE in an enclosed space or while its backed against a wall, and you get the same effect. The lost souls insta-die.

impietwo maybe the bug its because well i have the last version of gzdoom and the svn, the previous version dont do this stuff

Version 2.2 is out!

- Ditched the "add-on" mod and made most of the new monsters into new allies summoned with Phone-a-Phriend. So now there's twice as many weirdo allies to come to your aid, most of them unique from the enemy roster.

- The Joliet Juggernaut has become the new revenant replacement.

- the Cow ally is flagged as friendly so other allies won't attack it.
