Before posting your Resource, please make sure you can answer YES to any of the following questions:
Is the resource ENTIRELY my own work?
If no to the previous one, do I have permission from the original author?
If no to the previous one, did I put a reasonable amount of work into the resource myself, such that the changes are noticeably different from the source that I could take credit for them?
If you answered no to all three, maybe you should consider taking your stuff somewhere other than the Resources forum.

Oh. Oooooh! It turns out the SNES Hitler's death animation was actually the reskinned version of Officer's. But that last frame is something new. Nice job!
I was comparing the otto giftmacher 128x128 sprites with his counterpart of 64x64, and i notice that they look quite different, so i've started to work in an improved version of it.
Here's a preview, i hope you like it ...
When i worked on the improvement of otto'ss sprite for very first time, i thought the same thing. Also his cap looked rather weirdly shaded as well. But i couldn't touch it because i wasn't skilled enough to do so back in the day.
Right now he looks accurate and fantastic. Can't wait to see more!
Nice edit and all, but i found it strange. He looks thin than usual and has the same face expression as Otto's. Why not try my edited version? It's quite new and follows the original style he has.

Oh, and this is recently, slightly edited version, btw!
