If I might clarify, I'm not taking the side of Gearbox here, or saying that nobody is allowed to take eDuke's side. Just please don't attack other users, directly or indirectly, over which side they've voted for. That includes passive aggressive comments like yours.

Its a sad display when a source port for a game from a dead franchise that you cant even buy anymore(all duke games except forever have disappeared from steam) developers are being attacked. Shame on gearbox, but if the eduke32 devs get sued, and gearbox wins it might be setting a precedent for all future cases like this.

Let's at least pray that someone will get the duke nukem rights out of Gearbox's hands someday. I'm sick of clowns such as Randy Pitchford and Tim Schafer welding their copyright Nazi shields on their own fans.

I mean tim Schafer is kind of like Randy Pitchford in a way.

1. Both sue people and fans of their own products for creating a source port or making a highly popular fan game of their works.

2. Both are very cheap and greedy when it comes to money and producing video games.

3. Both are massive assholes who have made companies dislike them over their bullshit.

4. Both don't give a rat's ass if you like their stuff or not they'll still sue you otherwise.

5. Both have that social justice mindset when it comes to the video game industry and making ideas or attempting to voice their opinions.

I mean this can be proven after when the furry artist called out Randy when he sued the Eduke Devs. And In response Randy went full keemstar on that person by spamming replies to them with invalid arguments. Tim has done nearly the same thing in the past when it came to fans calling him out.

Funny thing is that I post this tweet to him after he was advertising one of his shitter gearbox games. I honestly can't tell if he was serious or if he was trying to cover up his anger towards my thoughts on his crappy game.

Deep down he knows that he killed duke nukem's future and legacy by removing the duke games (besides Forever) off of Steam and Gog.
