Unlike Ender,im staying as polite as possible.

But i dont really like how Eruanna describe the conflict being more about both side stabbing each other,as if even TermX is on the same level as Gearbox when it come to how they all act during this conflict.

One of these two started the conflict in the first place and from what i saw during my readings on the subject it all point toward Gearbox Software.

Also whoever win that conflict or lose will affect Duke's gaming market and community in some way however big the impact is,and im afraid of what Gearbox course of action might be if they win the court and decide to do something about Eduke32,Duke3d and anything related to it.

Eruanna might see this conflict as a grey area,but somehow by looking at the conflict,it feel more like white/black to me than grey.

So i'll stick to the modding community side (TermX),sorry.

I think I made it clear what side I am on. But in case I didn't, I am on TerminX's side.

But that doesn't mean I have to condone the childish behavior that I see around here. And the swearing and "fuck you"s over something as silly as a person's opinion really put me off. And if you start the mob mentality of "you're either for us or against us," I will not support it.

And that doesn't mean I can't play devil's advocate to support the other side. There's some serious considerations to take into account over it and if you're going to put all your cards on the table, you better be sure you have the winning hand.

Want to have a real conversation with somebody? Do it with someone who opposes your opinions. It's a lot healthier and you learn a lot more. When you do it with people who only agree with you, all you get is an echo chamber.
