i have embarrassed my self heaps of times
have you guys ever embarrassed your selves

Yes, I often speak without forethought and what I do in the heat of a moment tends to range from "incorrect" to "why is he naked"

Not really in the last four years, no.

The rest I can't be bothered to remember.

An entire part of my personality loves to remind me: "Hey, do you remember doing X in front of Y that one time? Wasn't that embarrassing?" Then for what feels like the rest of the day, I cower in shame and whisper "oh my god" to myself, unable to think of anything else to shut me up. So yes, I embarrass myself a lot.

How many times have i embarrassed myself not much but sometimes I use to dance and sing when I was little and I didn't know that I was being watched because someone video taped me singing and dancing in my room and I saw that video of what was going on then it completely embarrassed me cause I didn't know that I was being recorded on video.

so much this, every single day. i just cant get over how i am constantly embarrasing myself

Do not fear that feeling, for it is there to remind you of things you shouldn't do.
Instead embrace it for what it is - a constant safeguard against repeating history. It's actually your friend!

But yes, embrace that it's a good thing and remember that it's there so that you don't make a dummy of yourself again, and when the film is rolling again just roll with it until it fades away.
It's easier that way.

I've finally run directly into enough doors and whumped my head on enough things that it's stopped bothering me, so the rate of embarrassment has slowed a great deal.
