ScoreDoom's monster pack has recently been updated to where you can use it alongside your favorite weapon mods along with any other gameplay modifiers ( I'm personally gonna use LDL with it when I get a chance because I'm a masochist :^] ).

Do any of you know if there's any doom 2016 standalone monsters pack, akin to d4t?

I kinda want to play my titan (doom 2016 weapons) mod with them.

I don't know any off hand. Though, you could ask nicely (and only once!) if DBThanatos is willing to have a separate mod pack for just the monsters from D4T. I don't know what their answer is going to be, but it won't hurt to ask.

are they all sprite monsterpacks? and if not then please specify which ones uses obj,md2 and/or md3

I'm 99.9% sure they're all sprite monsterpacks. If someone posts a pack which uses models instead of sprites, I'll specify.

Yeah, they're all sprite-based, 3D monster mods are really rare and in my experience, the enemies typically come from a full 3D gameplay mod, like Hunter's Moon Monsters

In my opinion, I think that with any luck these packages will be very popular too and weapon mod authors don't necessarily feel obligated to replace all monsters themselves.
