Saw this and got interested instantly.
Where can i grab the Quake 4 version to try? I heard people saying it was cool on a topic at another forum and wanted to give a try, but there was no Download links for it.

You can replace the for the Spider demon for the ¨Heavy Tank¨, Cyberdemon for the ¨Makron¨ and the arachnotron to a ¨Stream Protector¨

I just my idea..

Oh, that. What happens is that the LFM for Q4 was never released publicly. Its something I did for my own amusement. If you want, I can send it your way. I dont really know where to release it otherwise. I guess mod DB should work for archiving purposes.

Actually, Makron is already a Cyberdemon. What happens is that for a few monsters I used random spawners, because I wanted to use every single resource I had from Q4 in here. For example, a spider mastermind might spawn either a Stream protector or a Network guardian. I wanted makron to spawn for the teaser, but I went with what I got at that moment. The teaser was really a last minute thingy.

don't forget the harvester as well, it might be good for the spider mastermind replacement along with stream protector. and if that happens, i think network guardian must go to the cyberdemon replacement. because you know, he's bipedal, cyborg and big.

anyway can't wait to download!

Oh yes. I do have Harvester as spider mastermind. The reason I chose the network guardian also as spider mastermind is because it's rather wide and because the attack patters work better in open areas, as the spider mastermind usually are

Here´s a little preview of the WIP of weapon animation smoothing. What do you guys think? Awful quality though you can watch in 720 for the sake of 60fps, but it still looks terrible.

Let's call this the Xmas preview! :P

neat smokes, also those weapons' graphics are rather different than aeod ones! improved, maybe?

In the first shots of each weapon you see it just plays the frames out, which look a little.. un-smooth in animation. In the second shots, he basically used some frames to smoothly transition the movements of the animation so that it flows together a bit more nicely.
