Are there games with 9-bit (512) color palettes?

Are there games with 9-bit colors that can display all 9-bits of colors on screen at once? I know the Sega and SNES games technically had a lot more colors, but they can't display them all at once.

Kirby Superstar and Dream Land 3, but that's through an extra chip, and to a high color 15-bpp screen.
