[HELP] Empty "Open With" Context menu, unable to fix!

Hi! I seem to have had this problem since I installed Windows 8.1 and now Windows 10. Basically, I can't for the life of me get Windows to have GzDOOM, SLADE and GzDOOM Builder as Open With options. I've tried setting and unsetting file associations and messing with the registry, google doesn't seem to have anything on my specific problem (unless I'm just blind?) and it's driving me up the bloody wall! The Open With context menu turns up blank and nothing I've done seems to fix this.

If anyone can help me, that would be so great. I've been trying to fix this problem for over a year!

I'm on Windows 7, I can't either, I just use the Send To, which is basically the same
