The first-person shitter Silicone-2 (yes) uses the OpenArena ricochet sound a whole damn alot (read: always).

I've noticed elevators in Dark Souls 3 have a bit of the Quake 1 metal elevator noise mixed in.
Also one of the big-ass fire demon enemies does Zombieman screams.

Haven't you tried Wirehead yet? Only few sound FX from Quake and Doom are present. Even the dune buggy engine sounds like one of the few muscle cars (presumbly a Camaro or a Pontiac Firebird). Try to compare the real life Dune Buggy sandrail, over to the muscle cars I mentioned before.
