I appreciate the age of this post, but should anyone be interested, I could convert any mods in .sit format to .bin format, for purposes of sprite extraction. I'm a bit busy right now, but I could have Spear of Longinus converted in a few days. As I recall, Laz Rojas distributed all his mods in .sit format; it was the compressed file of the day for Mac.
