Oh, here is the source. (still for the AoD mod, you'll have to actually change all the inventory actors, they are all just counters with a max of 1)

Ok, after a lot of work AKA me being a dumbass with acs there is now a leveling system with stats and stuff. Right click (or whatever your altfire button is) on a stat and you will spent skill points you get from leveling up on it. Currently strength doesn't actually do anything though.

Ok, updated to a point where the stats all actually work (strength adds to damage now) and I fixed some bugs regarding the stats.

Update with much better inventory code and functioning armor! Well, your starting piece of armor that you don't find anywhere, but whatever. You now drag an item to the "USE ITEM" box to use it instead of right clicking.
@Ozymandias81: If you want to use my code you should re download the mod (the acs is much better now) and take the acs from there, cause it's in a bunch of files.

Update with more armor, shields, weapons as a part of the inventory, (don't worry, you can equip up to 5 slots) and better potions.

Wow this escalated quickly! this is pretty sweet!

edit:

so i'm liking it, but the inventory needs more work, i put the shotgun next to the revolver and am unable to use it. cant move the revolver either, or replace it, so i'm stuck with it. also, drinking bullets is a little weird? as cool as it is, it's not very "ash" like.

You cannot add or remove weapons from the slot you have equipped. I don't really have any other solution for the ammo problem, as hexen has only 2 ammo types in the first place.

Ok, fixed enemy scaling and all non boss enemies now give exp.

Fixed some weirdness and added some more weapons you can find. Also now there are elder scrolls like weapon skills, only for pistols and shotguns for now.
