One person comes into mind. His name is Beethro Budkin, a smitemaster. I could sure go for a roachburger right now.

I haven't seen enough praise for Sissel and Missile from Ghost Trick. One is dead, the other is a Pomeranian. They fight crime!

Re: Favorite Players/Hero?
My Hero is Jeff Gordon and I know that you guys are getting sick and tired of me talking about him alot.
He's my number 1 best NASCAR driver in the world and its going to be hard seeing him leave NASCAR in November.
And after watching this YouTube clip you'll understand why.
Anytime that he's leading with 1 lap to go I'm up on my feet and just holler out loud when Jeff wins and being his last year of NASCAR. My big wish is that i would love to go & see Jeff Gordon in person at the brickyard 400 in Indianapolis and to see him win his final race there.
I know that there's not that many people here that watches Nascar . This Sunday is Jeff Gordon's final race of the year is as HomeStead Miami FL and Jeff Gordon will win 5th championship and this is how he got in.
Its not about this topic but he's my favorite player & Hero for me.

Asha, from Monster World IV. Perhaps the best portrayal of a female heroine in a game to date.
Her character design is superb, and she isn't sexualized at all in the game to my knowledge. That's (unfortunately) very impressive for that kind of character.

Re: Favorite Players/Hero?
I amazingly haven't posted in here yet, so let me be a complete dork and talk about the main character of the Yakuza series, Kazuma Kiryu.
Kiryu is basically a complete badass. He's been involved with the massive Tojo Clan for most of his life, and developed such a reputation for fighting and brawling that he's known among his clan as the Dragon of the Dojima Family. On numerous occasions, he's fought basically entire armies of rival Yakuza clans, often by himself, and won. He knows the secret techniques of Miyamoto Musashi, and in fact, might have been him in a past life.
But that's not why he qualifies for my top spot.
Kazuma Kiryu, in spite of being such a complete and utter badass, winds up running his own small orphanage out of beachfront property in Okinawa, where he raises 8 or so kids - again, by himself. He tries his hardest to give those kids a good upbringing, and to keep them out of the life of crime that he lived in for so long. When random thugs and grifters try to get the better of Kazuma, he'll often give them life advice instead of potentially ruining them. He saves orphaned puppies and kittens, talks at least one poor salaryman out of suicide, saves failing nightclubs, donates considerable amounts of money to other orphanages, and in one instance that lasts an entire game, helps many former yakuza members get out of their lives of crime and into legitimate business.
He does this while pounding some sense into the random idiots who try to pick fights with him on the streets. And no matter how brutal the beatings get, nobody dies at his hand.

Pac-Man
No, Not that one. THIS one: =P
Aside from being just iconic and one of the first gaming heroes to exist, I think the Pac-Man World games are enough to explain as to why this guy is awesome.

Agreed. I always liked how he was the standard sitcom-style father figure in most of the Pac-Man World games - a trope greatly underplayed in video games.Clownman wrote:Pac-Man

While I still personally like Pac-Man more, I am starting to gain somewhat of a fondness for this guy.
