is it something i have to make from scratch?
how do i make it, it should look like the word texture from the game.

What do you mean, how do you make it? You need to make it in an image program and import it into the textures.

Have you even TOUCHED any DooM editing software before? Why are you aiming at making an RPG mod for Heretic when you clearly know so little about DooM editing that you have to ask such rookie questions?

Do you even have any idea how much work ACS coding and gameplay modification takes? Do you have your priorities straight?

My advice: Start from square one, because you've asked for a lot more than you've given at this point, and you're not going to run before you learn to walk.

i usally use xwe and okay just tell me how to make the sign and i will

I Googled 'XWE changing textures' and found that. It's THAT simple, and I don't understand why you need to beg for help here on the forum.

that's not what I meant, I can add textures my self.

Oh dear!.. There are SO MANY examples on this forum how to make polyobject swinging doors.

Haru00988, before you start asking for help on your mega cool ZDoom mod and whatnot, be sure that you know how to read and use the wiki, as well as Google. Now, you want text on a wall? Open up your texture of choice in a paint editor (GIMP, Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc.) and get a Heretic font (google it up). Use the heretic font or font of your choice.

Alternative, get your hands on strife and see if there's some signs there. (There are.)

You don't really need to use image editor. You can just mix the fonts being already in hexen.wad or heretic.wad with a texture. You can also use fonts as textures.
