Introducing the new difficulty settings!

You may notice that there are 6 difficulty levels instead of 5,
that's because the last one is only for true Doomers!
With "Soaring Comet", not only every enemy deals double the damage like with "Starman", but most of the enemies get replaced with stronger variants that have different attacks and behaviors! You'll see this new mode in action pretty soon!

Nice to see more people are adopting the concept of difficulty levels replacing enemies with new variants. Digging that latest screenshot, too.

Heh, thanks, i like to think of that difficulty as my personal "Master Quest", who knows, i may even create some unique content just for that difficulty so that player gets rewarded if they get through that challenge

The highest difficulty level is called "Soaring Comet"? That's quite a bit of an understatement. (I bet it's gonna be lots of raging and save-scumming on that level)

Also, I don't think I've seen a centered original 1887 before since the one based on the Doom shotgun sprites (and the rest of the other lever-action sprites were mostly angled).

You are right! It's a new sprite set made just for this mod, i can't thank Sgt.Shivers enough for doing these awesome model rips!
