Oh dear. Smooth Doom still uses KEYCONF for player classes. That forces me to also use KEYCONF.

Brutal Doom already has viewable weapons. Infact this was inspired by that.

Undead003, it still seems like it doesn't want to work. There error I get looks like this;
I'm not sure what could be causing this, but I've tried everything I could think of (including loading PKanim1/2 with Smooth DOOM monsters only and this, but to no avail).
Edit: I'm an idiot, loading stuff in the wrong order. -_-

So am I, cause I love playing games in 3rd person view, and it really helps knowing what weapon I'm holding without having to constantly switch between first and 3rd person views.undead003 wrote:I'm glad it works.

Just to clarify, this still works with Smooth Doom even with the updates, but you have to make sure you aren't using any skins or weapons (no rifle, brown gloves, default weapon skins) Otherwise the skin will appear when its only fully drawn and not sure if the skins will work then

I'm also going to clarify that I'm not adjusting for Smooth Doom. It has too many modifiers and options, and the smooth module is intended for use with pk_anim1.wad or pk_anim2.wad. The fact that Smooth Doom borrows from PerK's mods is the limit.
