Super Missiles are used by holding alt-fire, and Power Bombs are used by holding primary fire while morphed. Of course, you'll have to have picked up a tank for one of those first.
There's a handy F1 help screen if you forget how to use anything!
Edit: Ah man, late by a whole five minutes :P

One last update on this before I go completely private on this map's development.
(also how is mapping for this not taken off yet? it's super fun to map for this mod)

Methinks it's probably from the Prime series. You know. The Metroid one. With the power beam.Ctrl+Alt+Destroy wrote:Okay. So this is like super rad.

I don't think these are actually a "rip", I'm fairly sure these are just nondescript energy blobs. I'm sure he nicked them from somewhere, but I never was able to find a credits file and I found them in plenty of other Voltlock mods, so.

Those were made by a user from the old Source Forge EDGE forums by the name of MofoOfSpades. They were made for an old EDGE mod of mine; since he's no longer active,I suppose it falls to me to say that reuse is perfectly okay with credit.

Hm. Well that was quite a big mistake there. I actually meant to ask about the Plasma Beam's projectile sprites. Where did those come from?

They look like the Imp Fireballs but colored yellow by the looks of it.TerminusEst13 wrote:Ctrl+Alt+Destroy wrote:Okay. So this is like super rad.

They're similar, but the sprites are definitely different. By the way, TerminusEst13, I've got code for the space jump, screw attack, and shinespark if you're interested. Of course, you'd probably need to adapt the code to be multiplayer compatible and to fit in with your work, but it's pretty simple stuff.

For some odd reason, GZDoom crashed when I tried to change out of Morph Ball.

Ah, thank you! Sorry about the miscredit, I'll correct it right away.wildweasel wrote:Those were made by a user from the old Source Forge EDGE forums by the name of MofoOfSpades. As per the credits, those are from Enterbrain! Specifically, from their RPG Maker VX creation tool. I recolored the battle animations and tweaked the graphics slightly to fit in Doom, but they're really quite pretty.Ctrl+Alt+Destroy wrote:Hm. Well that was quite a big mistake there. Ah, I would definitely be interested, if you wouldn't mind!Scripten wrote:By the way, TerminusEst13, I've got code for the space jump, screw attack, and shinespark if you're interested. That's weird. Were you playing any mapsets at the time? Are you able to recreate it? Do you have the crash log saved?tsukiyomaru0 wrote:For some odd reason, GZDoom crashed when I tried to change out of Morph Ball.
