Health Regen Mods

Does anyone know of any decent health regen mods that work with a wide variety of game-play mods? Specifically Doom RL arsenal? I've been making do with turning item re-spawning on but that re-spawns all items, not just health packs. Suggestions would be welcome.

Would work if I could get my hands on some before getting mauled to death on level 2

I went from HNTR to HMP, dominated on the former and got my ass handed to me on the latter. although it may have been a combination of different mapsets, luck with the RNG and a different class that let me breeze through. Although I'm still looking for a health regen mod, although now that I actually remember doom RL has medical armor any hopes for compatibility just flew out the window. Still would be useful for Mutiny, Nazis! etc.
