Hmm... well man, i don't know, on either my 300mhz or 2.4 ghz computers, legacy runs just fine, with no issues whatsoever, and multiplayer lag is no issue unless the ping rises above 120. so there may be something wrong with your end of it all, try deleting then redownloading legacy, because ive got no issues with it in terms of extreme lag.

Oh I've done all of that. Trust me I'm way beyond any of that stuff - I've already tried 6 different kinds of Voodoo to make Legacy work. Nothing does the trick. And it's not so much "extreme lag" as it is "fluctuation in the frame-rate" which really gets on my nerves. One instant it's 32FPS and the next it's 12, then 25, then 6, then 28, then 19, then 30, then 2, then 24, etc.....

Wow. I can summarize my response to the last 4 posts in: What The Fuck.
Does anyone understand anything I say at all? No really I'd like to know.
LK873: No, just because a buggy port doesn't run perfect on my PC doesn't make my PC messed-up. Of course, incidentally, in this case you ARE tight, because my Windows 98 SE installation seriously needs to be wiped off the face of the Earth (er, my HD). But I can run almost any other port just fine. ZDooM and Vavoom are probably the 2 smoothest on my PC....
CSonicGo: I didn't say I'm running at 1024. I've tried every resolution. Obviously, logic told me to switch to a lower resolution (at least to try it out) and see if performance becomes any better. I'm talkin' anything from the 320's to the 640's to 800 to 1024....
Graf Zahl: Pathetic? How so?
